This Sunday, November 8 we will be having the Haven, which is a Bible study just for girls. 
Ladies, you are all invited and we encourage you to bring a friend!
We’ll be getting together in the Fellowship Hall at 11:45 AM to worship the Lord and get into His word.

The Haven is finally here girls and we will be getting together for a time of worship, Bible study, prayer and fellowship!

For those of you who may not know, the Haven is a Bible study that the Harvest High School Ministry puts on every month just for girls. It’s a time to grow closer to the Lord and be encouraged. Also, it is a place of refuge for those who are hurting. This is a time to talk about issues that may be going on in your life and to be prayed for as well.
So, come on out and bring some friends with you! This is a great opportunity to grow in the grace and the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Hope to see you there!
(By the way, from now on the Haven will be held the 2nd Sunday of every month in the Fellowship Hall)

The Haven Ministry will be hosting for the first time ever a special event for all freshmen and new girls tomorrow morning from:
9 A.M. – 11 A.M.
In the Loft
So, that means if you are in 9th grade or have just started coming to the High School Ministry at Harvest you are welcome to attend. This will be a great way for you to get to know the leaders and each other. Also, we will be giving information about all the ways to get involved with the Activate High School Ministry.
We will have donuts, hot chocolate, time of worship, and devotion. Also we have a special pumpkin decorating activity. So make sure to bring a small pumpkin to decorate!

For those of you girls that are going to the High School Summer Retreat this upcoming weekend, we will be having a time of Qustions & Answers during the Split Session. If you have a question you would like to have answered, you may leave a comment or write it down on a piece of paper and put it in the box on the side table at Activate Wednesday. Also, you can make it anonymous.

We will be meeting in the Loft at 11:45 A.M. for a time in God’s word and fellowship. Come and bring some of your friends with you!

Hey Activate Crew!
As I’m sure you all know, the Harvest Crusade is NEXT WEEKEND! August 14-16 is going to be a great time of fun, worship, and more importantly, lives being changed! Unfortunately, though, since the entire SWAT Team along with Steve, Vince, Jason, Aaron, Tyler, and many of you will be in Orange County inviting people out, we won’t be having Activate Friday or Develop SWAT this coming week (August 14th).
So if you guys can, come out to the Harvest Crusade at Angel’s Stadium to be a part in what the Lord is going to do there, but if you show up here, you’re going to be alone!

We will be getting together for the Haven this Sunday, August 2. It is the final study in our series entitled, The Ultimate Makeover. Please join us in the Loft (High School Building) at 11:45 A.M. for a time of fellowship, worship, and Bible study.

Summer time: a time for summer jobs, summer camp, no school, and BEACH TRIPS! It is that time…time for an Activate Beach Trip.
This Monday (as in TOMORROW!) we are cruisin’ down to Huntington Beach for the day and we want you to come with us! Here’s the details:
We’re meeting… at Harvest at 10:30am and carpooling/taking a Harvest bus down to the beach.
You’re bringing… $10.30 cents for gas and parking along with some cash for food while your down there and any fun beach stuff you want to bring (volleyball, football, boogie board, etc.) Don’t forget to bring a jacket! We’re staying for a bonfire, so it could get cold.
We’re getting back… to Harvest at 10:30pm, but you can call your ride home on the way back to the beach for more precise timing.
Just remember… 10:30… We’re meeting at 10:30, we’re getting back at 10:30, and it costs $10.30
IMPORTANT: If you’re under 18, we need a permission slip signed by your folks! If they drop you off, they can fill it out Monday, otherwise, you need to come and pick one up TONIGHT at Day7.
It’s gonna be a fun day at the beach, so make sure you’re there! Choose to cruise, cuz if you snooze, you lose! =)
