SWAT On The Streets

Have you ever looked at people who share their faith with everyone at school and just thought “I wish I could do that”?  Well, YOU CAN!  Not only are we all called to do the work of an evangelist, but God has equipped you with all the tools necessary to share the Gospel – His Word and His spirit of boldness!  So come out on Saturday nights and become a part of the SWAT Team (Students With A Testimony) preaching the Gospel in your own backyard (well, not literally, more like the mall).  Meet David Dunlap in the Loft at 6pm every Saturday night if you want to get plugged in.

Develop Service

Do you have a heart to serve the Lord?  Do you love working with your hands and seeing people blessed?  Then Develop Service is just the place to get plugged in.  From service projects, like blessing families around their yard who can’t, to setting up and tearing down chairs for before Activate Wednesday and Friday’s, Develop Service does it all.  If you want to have a radical impact on people’s lives by rollin’ up your sleeves and getting to work, then hit up Vince.

Develop SWAT

If you have a heart for the lost and a gifting in evangelism, then Develop SWAT may be just the place to get plugged in.  The purpose of Develop SWAT is to develop certain teens who have a gift of evangelism to the point where they are qualified to be G3 Trainers.  G3 stands for Gideon’s 300 and is a part of this ministry and of Harvest Crusades.  Wherever there is a Crusade, the G3 team goes in and trains over 300 kids and youth group leaders to effectively share their faith on the street.  If you’d like to get involved with Develop SWAT and preach the Gospel in malls, parks, planes, trains, and automobiles, and train others to do the same, then hit up Jason Powell for more info.

Ushering

You know those really cool, loving people who help you find a seat on Activate Wednesday?  Those guys are our Usher Team, and they make sure that when you come in to hear the Word from Pastor Steve, you don’t have to sit on the ground!  We’re looking for cool people who love Jesus, love people, and love serving!  If you would like to get involved with our Usher Team and be a blessing to everyone who comes through our doors, then hit up Jason in the Loft by the video game section 15 minutes before service starts.
